I am so excited to have found Admiral nutrition! I can get a healthy smoothie that is high in protein, low in sugar and low in carbs and it taste great! The environment is wonderful. It’s an adorable shop and the girl that helped me was absolutely a delight and knew everything about their products. If you haven’t tried it yet then go today!!!

Oh mercy that Peanut Butter Cup Shake!! Its hard to tell that its so good for you....just like a,regular milkshake...but only 10 x better for you. The staff there are trained very well. My orders have always been consistent. Its always very pleasant. My new favorite place.

The tropical flavors are my fav. The staff is consistently friendly and positive. It would be a plus if they and other places like this introduced a membership or loyalty program. I’d get one everyday. Lol these drinks provide the energy boost needed to power through the workday
